We have a new user that is not able to access Box.  He has not received his account verification email.  We tried a few times and he never received it.  


We checked her spam/junk mail and did not see anything.  We use Box with many other users, so I don't think the emails have been blocked by our mail filters.  Can you please advise how to fix?
