Hi,


Its difficult to figure out how to put in a support request, so hopefully it can be done through this.  I am trying to create new users in our account and the initial verification emails are not going through.  I checked and triple checked our security settings and spam, and it is just not going through.   Its happened to 2 separate emails addresses, so i'm not sure how to proceed?
