Hello, I'm unable to access my Box account [personal information--redacted]. All my team mates can access without issues using their emails, but when I try logging in the following appears

However if I open the Microsoft Authenticator App, there's no code since my RWS email is not linked.


Therefore, I need you to reset my user so I can add my email to MFA account.
