Hi! We are a small non-profit and we have users that are using Box, free platform right now. Is there a way to make a business account and have those users keep their current login credentials? Would they all need to move all their folders into the new business account or is there a way to migrate them in? Can someone please advise?

If you plan to uprade to Business, You can add personal free users as managed users, and the end users can retain their Box login credentials.
