On my Mac laptop, when I try and use Quick Look on a Microsoft Office file that is synced via Box Drive, I do not see the file contents, only the Office logo.
In other words, when I open Finder and navigate to a Word doc that I have synced with Box (so it has a green check mark next to it), when I press the space bar, that *should* open up a preview of the file. However, instead of seeing the contents of the Word file, I just see the Word logo. This Quick Look preview feature works correctly for Office files that are not synced via Box Drive. Also, Quick Look works for pdf files and other non-Office files.
This is VERY annoying as I use preview constantly. This has significantly negatively impacted my experience with Box Drive. Please help!
