My company has recently created a Box account and I am trying to link an existing alternate company e-mail address to my Primary Box account.  When I go into my profile and try to link the alternate address I get the following red pop-up.


"the address" cannot be added to this account because it is already linked to a Box account.


The alternate e-mail address has been used previously to allow me access to collaborate with another organization (State of California) but so has the address that I used as my Primary and I did not get the error.


How do I link my alternate address?  This will also affect several other members of my company as they also have 2 versions of their e-mail address and both have been used by the State.
