My account is saying I’m out of storage space and I know there is literally no way that is true unless there is some cached amount of storage from a previous delete that has not yet cleared.  I had at one time upgraded to a paid for business account and after downgrading now have this problem even though I’ve reviewed all files and folders and cannot see anything that would be taking the amount of space that the interface shows as in use.  Can you help fix this?  I saw in the community forums that there is a script that can be ran on individuals accounts to remedy this and it appears to be a known problem.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

Customers need an easier solution. My account is also facing this issue, over 25% of cloud space showing as used with nothing there
