Hi, can you run the script to empty my box cloud, Thanks

Greetings,  I created a new folder to archive some files, I am the only one with permission to this folder. Then I get an email stating a user deleted one of the files. The user previously had access to this file in another folder, but did not have access to the folder they deleted the file from. How do I prevent this from happening again? 

Folders M-Z and Folder Archives and the files within each do not show up when I log in. They were there yesterday.

We have a user that we tried to add but we received an error message that her email was already taken. I then tried again in the old classic view and was able to send an email to make that external account into a managed accounts. User was able to accept invite and log in but the user still does not appear in our enterprise account. Can I receive assistance in locating this user?   Thanks

Hello, I was trying to switch from SMS to Authenticator App based authentication I am unable to set up 2-factor authentication on my account. The QR code sits as "loading" and the website tells me that my phone number and email address are invalid. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm considering upgrading a a paid $15 a month business account and want to know if that will allow me to upload multiple folders at a time? Right now, it seems to be only one at a time when I click, Upload folder...no command or control option allows multiple selections. And when I try dragging folders from my desktop uploads fail even though I have a super fast M3 Mac and internet speed.

I had an unknown version of box for android on my android 8.0 phone. My box app and android phone are working fine.  I uninstalled the box app to solve another problem but cannot install the later versions that are in googleplay and aurora now.  Google play don't got uninstalled apps cataloged anymore to recover the apk. Can someone at box.com please send me the latest version of box.com that works with android 8.0 so I can continue on box.com instead of switching to removable backup drives? Need earlier version of box.com app for android. Thank you

Hi all. There are to files which were created from a former collegue. Unfortunalely I can not edit anythin in the files. Is it possible that ownership can be changed to me?  

Good afternoon, I work from an organization that recently separated from its parent organization. The old parent organization has a Box account. We need to copy all of our files from the parent org box account to the new org Box account without removing them from the parent org's Box account.  This is about 4 TB worth of data and hundreds of thousands of files. I've looked at transfer ownership, but that looks like it would remove them from the parent org's Box. Downloading from the parent org and uploading to the new org isn't realistic because of the size of the folders. I looked at Shuttle, but it doesn't have a box to box option. What is the quickest way to copy that much data from one Box account to a new Box account? The files must be in both places and neither org will be a collaborator on the other when it is finished.   Thanks in advance.  

Hi there - can I please request Box Support to run the script to fix my account's storage statistics?  It's showing my box is almost full though I've cleared half the storage space already.    Many thanks

Hello, Here is the question I have: After creating Folder A and Subfolders B, C, and D under A, along with sub-subfolders e, f, and g under B, I've granted User X access to A as a viewer. Now, I want to restrict or remove User X's access to C, e, f, and g. Is this feasible with Box.com? If so, could you please provide guidance on how? Thank you. Best regards

Good morning, I wanted to know why I can no longer upload any files to box, I noticed in fact that the space available to me is 10gb, why my folders that I have inside box contain 5gb of files, and I still have 5gb of available space, while box tells me I have 10gb? that is, the space is full! Hi. I recently had a reset on my authentication app and I lost the codes I had for box. I cannot access my account because it asks for the codes in my authentication app that are not present. Is there a way to switch to get a text message with a code or to eliminate two step verification?

Hi everyone, out Controlling department works with tons of Excel files, most of them linked to other Excel files When migrating to Box the absolute paths for the linked Excel files remained. Since activating Co-Authoring we have some issues with old files. Due to the absolute paths in the old files, Co-Authoring doesn't save as expected into cloud but gives a warning that the file is stored locally. But it doesn't properly (nowhere to be found - locally or within Box) so we had many reports on not saved files and loss of work. Of course the perfect To-Do would be to check every file and to updates the path relations to the linked files, but there are that much files, that it's not possible to check each and every time. Sounds familiar to someone? Any idea how to automate updating pathes in these Excel files? Or how did you solve that? Thank you very much! Dirk
