2 folders and files within gone

Are these folders your own or shared folders? If it's the latter. You just contact the folder owner as your collaborator access may have ended. 

Meanwhile if these are your own folders. Kindly check out your trash/bin and restore the folders. 

To restore specific items in Trash:

The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 

• To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.

3. At the prompt, click Okay.

One folder was mine. The other was shared. No files were put into my trash folder. The files were deleted by Box without any reason given. I would like them back.
