Good morning, I wanted to know why I can no longer upload any files to box, I noticed in fact that the space available to me is 10gb, why my folders that I have inside box contain 5gb of files, and I still have 5gb of available space, while box tells me I have 10gb? that is, the space is full! Thank you

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
