I cant view or download any files that I desperately need. I have tried multiple browsers, contacted the file owner who has confirmed I should have access, spoke with my IT team multiple times. PLEASE HELP ME>

i upgraded my Box account to integrate with Slack.    my company is looking for the following:  Through Slack, all attachments from all users in our workspace to go straight to our Box account. and documents for signature to be also attached through Slack, but saved and signed through Box.    what happened is that only the attachments from my user are being saved in Box and no one elses.  also, i couldn't figure out how to get the documents to be signed by Box when they are attached in Slack.    Can you help me with this issue please. this is of high importance to improve our work processes.

Some users are unable to download word documents from Box.They are prompted to install Box Tools, when following the prompts they are informed Box Tools are already installed.

Why can´t I find my files? 

I checked my storage, and it takes a lot of space even if I delete most of the files. Please check this one out. I think this should be fixed my the box.com representative based on previous forum messages.

Shows that I'm using 7 GB when I'm only using 5.3 GB. Trash is empty. This is at least the third time this has happened. Please run the script to recalculate my actual storage to fix this like you've done in the past. Thanks.

I've used box for years on my surface machines but my new surface with windows ARM doesn't support a drive on my machine.  This is very disappointing when Dropbox and other cloud based service enable me to download a drive to my new surface.I SURE HOPE BOX IS MAKING A PRIORITY TO SUPPORT BOX DRIVES ON WINDOWS ARM LAPTOPS OR I MAY BE GOING BACK TO DROPBOX :((

Hello.  I have been locked out of my Box account and it is now asking for a six digit code from my Authenticator App.  However, my Box account isn't linked to my Authenticator App and the App needs a QR code in order to link it but I cannot get onto my Box accont to get to the QR code.  I also don't have a reset code.  How do I reset the account so I can log back on?

Occasionally, Box won't open an Excel or Word document so I have to use the online version or download the document which is very annoying.  No error message just nothing happens other than the pop up that saying it's opening Excel or Word which it is not. Seems to be document & user specific as I can open other excel documents and work colleagues can open the one that I can't. Please help

On the admin screen I am seeing: You are currently connected to Box as michael@(domain).io.Need to log in as someone else? And then when I try to login to the box service account (which has a different email) then I get the error: You can not set the Box service account to the same account as an existing user. You can not set the Box service account to the same account as an existing user.
