Hi, I just downloaded the box drive to my windows file explorer yesterday and this morning when I went back into the box file they were all missing. They are all present through box online and I am not able to resync or redownload box to my windows file explorer. Looking for solutions on how to recover those files or redownload box.

Please log out and log in from Box Drive: 


  1. Navigate to the search menu by going to the system tray and clicking the Box icon.
    • Alternatively you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Shift + B.


  2. Click the gear icon, and from the list that displays click Log Out.
