Good afternoon!


I have two users in our environment that are receiving "Insufficient Permissions: You have insufficient permissions to open.....". I confirmed on the Admin side that they do have permissions and they are able to access and open in Box.com the same files in question. It looks like it's just Box Drive in File Explorer that triggers this.
