Insufficient Permissions to access my files

Hi, I can not access any of my files saved to box. It keeps saying Insufficient Permissions when I try to access it. I tried logging out and back in. I tried using the website to access the file there. I restarted my computer countless times. I tried using a different network. Nothing is working. Please help.
