Hi, 


A company shared a file with me and said "password is the same as on thebox" - they shared access with me as a viewer, but I am trying to find the password they are talking about. Where can I find this?

You must reach out to the file sender/owner to get the exact password. Box Support team does not record the end user's password for password protected files.
