Power Query Box Connection

I can create and refresh a query if the box is synced to my system folder. However, if someone else on the team wants to refresh the query in the shared folder, they are unable to do so because Power Query searches for source data based on the conditions I have provided. The direct file shared link doesn't work for me either. How can I make it so that everyone on my team can refresh the data connections?
