Hello - can my file/folder count and storage be corrected - script needs to be run again. Also, I am using box on Macbook Pro 2023 and it keeps on freezing whenever I move files or folders into another folder - even if it is a very small amount. I also have 3Gb/s internet so the connection is probably not the problem. Also I have deleted several files, but none of them are showing up in the bin - there were a couple I wanted to restore, and others I wanted to delete permanently. Thanks!

I'm using the free personal plan. I deleted unused files and folders, but  I cannot free up space. Please tell me how to resolve.

I haven't checked the file for 2 weeks and it seems like it disappeared. no history of deleting it. I have an issue that I have 2 difference folders (sub folders are same name).   How can I merge these 2 folders into one.   For example: Before                                                           Folder A                Folder B                Sub 1                Sub 1                file 1                file 2        Sub 2                Sub 2                file 3                file 4               After                                Folder A                                Sub 1                                file 1                            file 2                        Sub 2                                file 3                            file 4                 In the simplest way I just Get all the items inside folder A and Folder B. Put it to a Structure with child and parent for each A and B. Then Loop over the structure to get which files will be inserted to sub folder of folder A. Then call the copy API for each file. Hi, I am syncing data with the Box cloud via rclone. Now every upload results in a "storage limit exceeded" error, and the web interface shows all of my 10 GB space as occupied, but my directories actually only have a size of about 4 GB in total. Please resolve this inconsistency to allow further uploads to the cloud. Kind regards, Jörg  

installed Box drive on Win2022 server.Box drive seems to access via IE11 network module.and occured some script error.How to avoid accessing via IE11 by Box Drive?  

I only used 90 Kb out of 100 Gb but I'm getting error message I have reach out my max storage space when I'm trying to upload files into the BOX.  I'm unable to to anything for the pas t 2 days :(.

I've been scouring your Support pages to find if there is any setting that will create a default that sorts the folders by Name (which seems like what most users would logically prefer). However, this option does not seem to exist - right?  Currently our extensive list of folders is sorted by default by the latest update - why is that the default?  And can it be changed?  Preferably by the user.  Thanks.

I have 20GB of storage and have used 11MB. I can no longer upload files as the message reads that my storage is full.

We seems to be having issues with uploading any files to box, I can make folders but cannot upload anything in them.please see attached.

I do not have a paid Box account, but the other party has a paid Box subscription. On the other hand, I have a paid subscription to Microsoft365 and the other party does not. So I was hoping to be able to sync my Sharepoint folder with their Box folder, but I don't know how to do that. I would like to know if anyone knows how to do this. The reason why I want to do that is that I can have them guest share their Box folder and store their files there, but that would mean that I would have to manage both Sharepoint and Box. That would be a bit of a hassle. Thank you in advance for your help.

After an update, once box opens there is a messaging Windows Configuring Box, it loads, asks to restart, computer reboots, same message, this is a loop No change after uninstall, delete all directories and registry reboot + re-installNext day Box will work normally, then after a reboot or day after the looping happens again. Happening intermittently on a handful of devices, unsure how many are effected. Version 2.35.97 Any guidance appreciated 

Hello! I need to get in touch with someone because the my Box account will not reclaim storage space even after files have been deleted and the trash has been emptied. There are almost no files in it, but it says 30 GB of 30 used. Other forums say to contact support but this is the closest I can get. 

Got error message. "We couldn't open Nov CMC Part .mp4. Wait a bit and try again." I can open previous file and next file, just not this one. 

Hello! I've been considering purchasing business plan, and and recently I was playing with Box settings, but there are couple of things that stop me for now, until i find solution, is there any way to change these settings? 1. The default location of the Box folder is now under the user folder in C drive, which makes no sense. is there any way to change it to D:/Box for example? Personally im just using C for the OS and some system files, and thats all. 2. Once for some reason i decide to quit the app or log out, all the files disappear from the computer! I guess usually I am supposed to be logged it, but I was not sure if this might cause some inconveniences at some time! Well, mainly 1 is the main issue!  Cheers from Japan!

It literally tells me I need further verificaiton. Nothing I can do to get my payment method to work. I have tried multiple cards. Box.com support please help me.

We are shocked that box in today's world does not have a way a company can give users access to files and data that would allow the users to edit, move, RENAME FILES however not to be able to delete file(s).   It be also nice to allow uses to work on content in box without the ability to print, download, or delete.  

Hello, Please HELP! I was charged for the subscription which i thought i never completed. I received an email requesting to verify my email, which i decided not to as i didnt require it. Skip 3 weeks and i receive a bill for $325.88. Please help me as i was taken from my small business and need to ordering product this morning for my customers but i cant.
