    has anyone resolved this issue as its happen to me this morning

    I also just got the same error. The program works just fine on my desktop but not on my laptop. I tried to uninstall and delete files and do a clean install but no luck. It looks like they have marked this thread as solved but without a solution.

    Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
