Can Box.com run/host a ticket tracking system?

In an ideal world, would like to use Box as a collaboration point with various clients for a ticket tracking platform to allow access and restrict access as needed to certain groupings.  Does Box offer any such embedded app or ability?  I suspect it is not the right tool, but I wanted to check, since that is what all the clients currently already have.
