I JUST GOT A SUSCRIPTION BUT DOES NOT WORKS LIKE IT SAIS, I ONLY NEED TO UPLOAD 14GB OF VIDEO AND IT DOES´T ALOWED ME.IT IS A TRAMP ADVICE, BECAUSE IT IS ANOUCE TO BE CONFUSE. PLEASE, I JUST DI IR AND I NEED TO BE REFOUND. THIS IS MY FIRST WARNING, IF YOU DONT GET OFF FROM MY CREDIT, I WILL GO TO CONSUMERS DEFENSE

Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.


  1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.

  2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
    Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.

  3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.

  4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.


    • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.


The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.


Is the account administrator unable to cancel the account or didn't receive email confirmation?
