I started using BOX by sharing files with colleagues before my company registered it. This time, when the company I work for tried to create an account for me, I was informed that registration was not possible. I think it's because we're using the same email address.
Is there a way for my company to register an account while keeping the files I'm currently using?

Are you about to join a Business Box account that manage users? If yes, your Box Admin should be able to add you as their user this way.
