MFA is no longer possible due to device loss
I can no longer log in to BOX.
I don't even know the backup code for my account.
There was a similar post with the following answer,
I don't know who my system administrator is.
"I have the similar question as above. One of our corporate user lost thier moible devise used for MFA verificatation. Is there any chance for the system administor to disable MFA to let this user to login? Later, he/she can enable FMA with thier new mobile devise. "
How can I cancel MFA?
