A user was deleted and now they need to be added.  It says that the email already exists.  Not sure how to fix this.  It seems that others with the same problem needed to put in a support ticket.  I saw another note that aid you can submit a request from the help section of the Box community which I cannot find.  Any help would be appreciated.
