I also need to cancel due to me signing up by error. Impossible to get in contact with support? Can someone help?

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account


Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.


  1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.

  2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
    Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.

  3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.

  4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.


    • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.


The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.

That did not help at all, I want to DETRACT my subscription, not cancel and wait a year for it to cancel. Can you please start taking customer service serious for once?
