We would like to know how to remove the license.


We would like to reduce the number of managed licenses from 4 to 3.


Previously I asked the same request, I sent e-mail to your representative and you complete the process for reducing 1 license.


We have made the same contact before and have received no response or correspondence whatsoever. I would appreciate an immediate response.


Please let me know what I should do for it now.
