I have a working folder on my hard disk, can I set up an automatic backup to Box? Let's say at the end of the day

If you would like to backup folders that is in your hard disk, you may upload them to Box.


There are a few options on how you can upload and save your folders to Box such as:


  1. You may installing Box desktop apps like Box Drive or Box Sync

  2. You may upload using FTP which is recommended to occasional bulk uploads

  3. You use the upload button in Box.com to upload your folders

To ask a further question, if I drag and drop a local folder onto my Box Drive - do files that are revised on my local folder automatically get synced to the corresponding BOX Drive folder?  If not, how can I make that happen?
