Hello,


I am really disappointed.  I have sent multiple emails attempting to cancel the trial of box (that I signed up to on 1st February 2024) and I have had to spend precious time trying to find a contact email address/phone number to do this.  In the meantime, I have been charged £518.40. 


I have spent time searching for a customer service phone number and waiting to speak to a human, to no avail.  How on earth can I get a refund and cancel my subscription?  This is ridiculous and not acceptable!!


Can someone please help me?
