Hi, I have upgraded to enterprise plan as i wish to use my subdomain instead of box.com


When i go to the support page, I'm asked to login with my enterprise account to have further support options than the communty, but I am already logged in.


This page says: Please contact your Box Customer Success Manager to receive more information about Box Verified Enterprise.

Hi,
I am sorry to say this but this is becoming ridiculous. I've not received a single message from the Success Manager we've been assigned 6 days ago, and the support page still looks the same after 11 days, with the Community being the only option.


I would really appreciate if someone could give us some help with our issues on the subdomain. Thank you.


i need to speak with customer service. I need help deleting a file permanently asap a i cannot find how to talk to someone
