I am now the admin of the account (I was not initially), and am trying to fix the folder structure of the account (starting by creating a 'Master' [root] folder and moving all folders there).

I have a folder that I can access because I am an Editor in that folder, but I cannot move it as I am not the Owner (or Co-owner). The Owner of the folder is not contactable and has already been deleted as an External User.

I see from other threads that I, as admin, should be able to log in as this user, make myself the co-owner, and then make the changes I need after that, but I can't find anything explaining how I do that (and can't see anything in the Admin Console). Also, is this still an option if the the user has been deleted?

Hi Adam,

I also face the same issue.

I am the admin of the account, I am initially the owner of the folder but while trying to fix the user account I accidentally make the user to be the owner of a folder. I am able to access the folder because I am an Editor , but I cannot changed back the Ownership of the folder to me. The new Owner of the folder is having an account issue as she cannot see any folders that is shared with her..

Can please advise how am i going to take back the ownership also can some advice to fixed the issue of the user account that accepted the invitation but user unable to see any folder shared to her account.
