I am returning as a faculty member to a university in which I was previously a student. Box for former students was moved externally, but I now need internal access to complete the duties of my position. Any assistance in returning the Box access to the internal site would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to get an invite from your University (Box) Admin to be added internally. If you have an internal helpdesk team that manage your Box account, kindly reach out to them.
