When I share a Box link with a client, they are getting this error message.  I think it's because they are clicking "Part of CBRE" when they click the link, but when they click on NOT a part of CBRE they get prompted to sign up and pay for a Box account.  Is that normal?  Can't we share free Box access?  Please advise!
