I need to change our domain, can I get some assistance?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 



Note


Only primary admins, not co-admins, can add managed domains. Managed domains consist of only second-level and top-level domains, also known as a root domains, and do not include hostnames or subdomains.



Adding a managed domain consists of three separate tasks:


  1. Add the domain and get a unique code (also known as a hash).

  2. Create a new DNS record for the domain with the unique code.

  3. Validate the domain.

I hear you, but the admin console says the following:



To add or modify domains in your account, contact support to open a ticket



I have no options for "support" than to post here, so hopefully you can help!

I take it back, I was looking in the wrong spot. I needed to go to Enterprise Settings > Custom Setup > Scroll down to Domain Management.
