I have an excel file that I was saving directly into my Box Drive through the desktop app on my Microsoft computer. I was having issues syncing my Box Drive with Box Online (i.e., files seemed to be saving locally but not uploading to the online cloud). To fix this I tried updating my Box App on my computer. Now it seems that I have lost a file that I was working on - it is no longer in my file explorer/desktop Box Drive, and it did not upload to the online version of box. It still comes up in my recent workbooks in excel, but when I try to open it, it says the file couldn't be found. Is it possible to recover this file from somewhere? I have tried looking in the app data for excel, and it's not there. Really hoping that I can find it in Box somehow...
