If we configure a Custom Subdomain, will tenant users still be able to sign in via the regular account.box.com/login page, or will they be required to sign in via our tenant's Custom Subdomain? This topic is not explained in the documentation.
Currently, our tenant does not have a Custom Subdomain configured, and we need to clarify the effects in order to minimize user impact.
I already understand that configuring/changing a subdomain can affect custom sharing URLs, but we have already confirmed that none of our shares have custom URLs. Authentication is the only issue that is not clearly documented.
