8 days we discovered that a folder of files in Box was corrupt. We raised the issue with Box. At first Box said it was malware. Then they escalated it to a specialist. Then they said it wasn't malware. Then they asked for HAR log files. Then they asked for them again because they couldn't find them, even though we had uploaded them. Finally after 8 days they told us the problem was that Box Preview couldn't read the files. Which absolutely isn't the problem. _No_ software can read the files, because the files are empty/corrupt and Box has _no_ explanation as to how this happened. The files were only uploaded once and have never been touched since. Their support is APPALLING. The one reason we use Box is to ensure our files are stored safely and Box seems to have no interest in either resolving or explaining this issue. Has anyone else had similar problems? I see no option but to cancel our account and move to an alternative provider at this stage.
