Yesterday I converted a personal account I have to Business Starter.  The data has migrated and is accessible, but the Admin side is not performing as expected.

NOTE: I'm an admin on a separate Enterprise Account and separate Business Plus account, I'm familiar with the Admin tools, but I didn't originate either of those accounts so initial setup is new.


Assuming I can post photos at some point in this process, I will, but when I converted the account I have 7 external collaborators. All seven are still listed as External Users still, but my Managed Users says I have 8 users, but only shows me.  It appears it's counting my 7 external as Managed... but they're not actually managed and some of them can't be managed because they're managed under different accounts.

Here are the the two photos I mentioned above, with user info redacted.  Note that it also says I have used 8 of 7 seats, but that could only be true counting external users who I can't and don't want to be manage because they're managed elsewhere.

This remains unresolved.  If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
