I re-installed my Mac yesterday running on Monterey 12.5.1.
i re-installed Box Drive.
All my existing folders and files show with a little cloud icon and an arrow next to them. However, if I save a new file, the cloud and arrow icon does not show next to the file. I've logged into Box.com online and the file is saved in my Box.com account.
Example below: The 2 files are the ones without the cloud/arrow icon next to them.
I have re-started box, re-started my mac. I have ensured that that Box had permission and have re-set the finder extensions.
I haven't had this issue before, but I'm just curious why when I save files now they do not have the cloud/arrow icon next to them, but seem to be syncing to my box.com account online ok?
