Hello,


I re-installed my Mac yesterday running on Monterey 12.5.1.


i re-installed Box Drive. 


All my existing folders and files show with a little cloud icon and an arrow next to them. However, if I save a new file, the cloud and arrow icon does not show next to the file. I've logged into Box.com online and the file is saved in my Box.com account. 


Example below: The 2 files are the ones without the cloud/arrow icon next to them. 


I have re-started box, re-started my mac. I have ensured that that Box had permission and have re-set the finder extensions.


I haven't had this issue before, but I'm just curious why when I save files now they do not have the cloud/arrow icon next to them, but seem to be syncing to my box.com account online ok?

Welcome to Box Community! 


Please don't get confused when you see this icon. If it appears next to your Box folder it means you haven't marked it for offline use. And to ensure that you can work on your Box contents regardless if you're disconnected to your network please make your contents available offline. 


Additionally, confirm you're running the latest Box Drive version.
