I am the primary owner of the BOX account and am trying to clean up shared folders. I tried to move a document and got an error saying "I don't have permission to move the document". I did not upload the original document. How do I fix this ?

If you are not the owner of the content you are trying to move, you may not have the necessary collaborator permission to perform this action.
In order to move a content in Box, a collaborator must have a Co-owner or Editor access. For more details on different Collaborator Permission Levels, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196413-Understanding-Collaborator-Permission-Levels
You can ask the owner of the content to change your permission to either a Co-owner or Editor to be able to move and clean up these items.
