HI there, 


the organisation I hold the account for is changing in the near future and I am worrying about losing access to the account if I no longer have the old email?


Please can you advise me how to proceed

If you would like to change the email address associated with your Box account, please make sure to follow this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail


Basically, you just need to link a secondary email to your account, once you've successfully done this, you will have the option to "Make it Primary" and remove the old email.
