Hi, I'd like to cancel our subscription for Premise Interiors LLC. We do not require the service any more since we are folding up. I have the following concerns.


  1. Our annual payment payment went last evening and I'd like to request a refund of that.

  2. How many days will I get to download the information that I have on?
