I would like to cancel my trial and not continue with box. There seems not to be a way to do this - is that legal? Anyway, I have kept a screenshot of this message in case you don’t complete my request in a timely manner. Many thanks

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account


Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.


  1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.

  2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
    Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.

  3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.

  4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.


    • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.


The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
