I have searched (helplessly) on box.com for ways to cancel this account. I didn't even know I had it until a charge on my credit card showed that it was an active account. I only used this once to transfer a file on behalf of someone else. Please cancel my box.com account and refund me the amount charged this past month. You will see that from audit records that I have not used this service. And please update the UI to make it easier to cancel subscriptions. It seems unnecessarily difficult to do so. Links to previous SIs showing "how tos" do not work for me; well, the links work but the instructions did not. UIs have changed to negate the usefulness.
