I accepted an invite from someone outside my organization to work on a folder, and now I can’t see any of the folders I normally use, or any folders from my organization at all. WTF happened!?

As we begin to troubleshoot, please allow me to clarify. You mentioned that your existing shared folders has disappeared after the recent collaboration invite, correct? If so, how do you access the existing contents, is it through the Box website or your local Box folder?
According to our database, you only have access to a single folder in your Box account.
