Hello, my workplace has a Box.com pro account, but when I try to log into Box.com with my work email, it brings me to a page that asks me to re-up my paid business Box.com account. 

 

Oddly enough, I can access Box.com using my personal email, and this email has access to my employer’s Box.com files. However, when out Admin person tries to add my work email, they are unable to do so because of the accounts status. 

 

I think my work email account needs to be reset in some way so it can be added to the employers Box.com list of emails.

To get a better understanding of this issue, could you attach a screenshot of both errors? 

Also, is your Admin person trying to add your in their Box account?

1 - sign in

2 - welcome back (email from box.com on how to reactivate never comes, not in spam or junk etc)

3 - takes me to this page to create a paid account

 

 

my Box.com admin’s email is: l*****@*****.gov
