boxアカウントの再有効化について (Reactivation of a box account)

削除したboxアカウントの再有効化を試したところ、 "リクエストの処理中にエラーが発生しました。このメールに関連付けられたアカウントは、オンラインでの再アクティベーションの対象外です。+1 650 329 1210 または billing@box.com まで、請求サポート チームにお問い合わせください。" との表記があり、再有効化に失敗してしまいました。 至急必要になってしまったため、 ご対応お願いします。 I just tried to reactivate my deleted box account, "An error occurred while processing your request.
