I have been trying for almost 2 months to achieve a meaningful conversation with someone in box support. The emails continue to be sent to my former email address which I cannot update on the account profile so manually send emails specifying the email address to write to. Nothing.
My IT guy keeps trying on my behalf and still nothing.


We were told to email: support618207338. Still nothing.

We have been a Box enterprise since 2015 with a yearly spend in excess of $8k. 


This service is beyond appalling.


Has anyone got any tips for me here?
