Hi - when using Box Sign, I do not receive an email notification when a document is pending my signature. I do receive a notification in the notifications drop-down within Box, but no email is sent.

I DO receive an email when the document routing has completed, however. Very similar to this issue previously posted. I am wondering if there is a fix for this? Please let me know if more information is required.
