Some members of my team shared me a folder an i can access to it when im online, but when i try to sync it to desktop it doesnt appear on my folders. Could you please contact me to give you more details and help me fix this?

Here are a couple steps I'd like you to try first to help me isolate the issue:
First, please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync. Here is an article from our Product Support page that walks through this with screen-shots.
- Second, logout and log back in to your Box Sync tool.
