Box Not Listed In "Add a Place"

Hello, I've been unable to get the co-authoring process working on Box.  I have downlaoded it, and have the drive on my computer - but when I go to powerpoint and select "Add a Place" all I see are "OneDrive" options:

How can I connect Box?  I can't solve this riddle.  Can I have a hint?

    I have the same issue i have the correct box add ins as well but that has not fixed the issue

    I am having similar issues with Add a Place.  I can authenticate to Box, but I go to grant access, it get the error below.
