I have today tried to create a File and Folder report for one of our users to obtain details of every file, folder, subfolder, and subfiles he has within a particular folder, or even his entire Box account.


Despite trying different folders to begin the report from I can't seem to get any deeper than 9 folders with the last few folders not displaying any files despite there being some there.


How can I get a report of all the files/folders with complete tree for a user?

I think I may have found the answer to my own questions - It may take up to 24 hours for files and folders to show up in a Files and Folders report.

I'll check on Monday and see if the problem has resolved itself.
